Dedication to a Mentor

I'd like to dedicate this donation to my 8th grade Ascension Catholic School teacher Michael Berical, who took the time out of his hectic schedule to take an interest in my future. On his own time and money, he introduced me to prep schools and took me to visit them back in the summer of '76. It was he who introduced me to Deerfield, and it was by his efforts I had an opportunity to attend that great school. I will forever be in his debt and am thankful every day for his thoughtfulness.
