Dedication to a Teacher and Mentor

I would like to dedicate my gift to Linda Miles, my Corridor Master for Chapin 2 in 1980. She realized I wasn’t getting involved in activities outside of sports and academics. She encouraged me to broaden my experiences at Deerfield. She noted that this would make me a more appealing candidate to the colleges/ universities I would apply to in a couple of years. She was very insightful and I thank her for her wisdom.
