May, 2017 - The 2017 Captains Challenge has been officially launched, with the dual goals of expanding awareness of King's Academy (KA) and of the King's Academy Opportunity Fund.
What is the Captains Challenge?
The Captains of each Deerfield Varsity Team from 1979-80 school year are asking teammates to join them in supporting KA through the King's Academy Opportunity Fund. The "Challenge" is for each athlete to get in the game, and also to beat the other teams.
Donors who played multiple varsity sports will see their donations credited to all of their teams. The Opportunity Fund will announce the Winning Team at the end of May, 2017.
